Tuesday May 29 Cardio & Cafe

Morning Botts
Hope you all had a great holiday and are
feeling well.

I ended up with not such a good day eating
wise, snacked on those blasted carbs all
day long.

Starting today with protein coffee

Another protein coffee

lunch is a salad with lite italian cheese
and hard boiled eggs

dinner is some protein and veggie
what yet

another protein shake or coffee if I need it
plus coffee and lots of water

exercise is a walk with Lola as soon as I post
this

Good Morning!!

I had a FANTASTIC weekend. Celebrated my daughters graduation with a cookout and spent the day at my mom's pool (she lives next door).

Unfortunately, I ate pretty much all weekend. BOT today. Ive decided (with my family) that we will make a list of the restaurants we want to try and we will try them out on paydays. Thats every other Saturday and that I will get what I want. Hopefully that will keep temptation a little farther at bay.

Eats for today:

XL coffee /w cream
Protein bar
Tuna salad and whole grain crackers
Apple and Cheese stick
Not sure whats for dinner

Trainer tonight and 20 min warm up on treadmill

Hey Eddie and BOTTs...
My weekend was good.  Friday music downtown, Saturday shopping and a movie -" Dark Shadow" - funny - recommend- and then Sunday we wend for a small 7 mile hike. Beside that I cooked a lot of food this weekend so I have enough good food to last me at least 2 weeks for main meals.

I gave up the quest bars and without changing anything else I am down 4 lbs, out of the 6-7 I gained.    I no longer crave carbs and my blood sugar is rather stable last few days.  I even did not have to stop and eat anything while we were hiking.  2 hr... and my BS was fine... yea... I am really happy about that..
I decided to start taking iron pills again and ... really do not like the side effects - cramping and pain. 

eats today:
coffee + coconut milk
protein shake
pork loin and veggies
meatloaf

not sure... but some proteins and probably some fruits.
