Back On Track Together
Sunday May 27 Cardio & Cafe
Hope nobody minds that I started the post today.
Today it's sunny and warm and beautiful in Pa. Been
working in the yard and my sister and BIL are tilling
up the veggie garden. I'm so excited to get my plants
in the ground.
Today my plan is:
I had a small thin slice of cold pizza and an
apple
for lunch greek yogurt and sf jello powder
for dinner bunless grilled burger and tater salad
a couple of protein shakes/coffees
coffee with ff 1/2 & 1/2 & lots of water
exercise-working in garden and walking Lola later
Hope you all have a great holiday weekend and
hope you're feeling better Tess

STARTING OVER........AGAIN ....AND AGAIN....BUT I SUPPOSE THAT IS OK AS LONG AS I DONT STOP STARTIG OVER....
I FEEL MY WEIGHT IN MY CLOTHES AND I HATE IT...I GOTTA GET BACK INTO THE GYM....
SORRY IDK WHEY I FEELT THE NEED TO TELL YOU THIS...LOL
YOU (WE) CAN START OVER TODAY (MONDAY)
Sharing is good... and 2 lbs is better than 20...
Starting over - and knowing what we need to do is important.
I know that even my so skinny friends have days off - when they eat more that they should. And they even gain weight.. but as soon they realize that - they go back on track... and lose the 2-5lbs they gained.
BTW: days like that - wearing a belt reminds me that I am getting back on track. The little pressure on my belly reminds me to measure my food, eat mostly proteins... and eat on schedule, not when I want it.
