Friday May 25th Cardio & Cafe
Didn't see the post so I thought I'd start it!
I'm off today so I am going to stay on point with my food and I'll get outside for a nice walk as well.
b-coffee w/ almond milk
s-quest bar
l-spinach salad w/ deli turkey
s- protein shake
d- turkey meatballs, spagetti sauce, some veggies and sf candy
gotta get my water and vits in as well

Friday... yea... and then 3 days not work- work... I still plan to do lots of fun stuf.. and some house work..
I had my blood draw today so I was on fasting since 10 pm last night. They took 12 vials of blood. Even with 1 oz in each - that's 12 oz - or 1.5 cup of blood... shesh... But it has been 4 years and ir is time to check kind off everything... I hope the insuranc ewill pay for all - if not the Labcorp will change me over 1,700 for the tests. They did pay before so will see...
Eats today is simple again:
AM - water
protein coffee
more coffee with coconut milk
meatloaf with veggies
protein shake
protein shake
protein shake or yogurt with proteins.
salad with veggies.

Hoping to just stick reasonably close to a plan for the weekend...Its hubby b-day and we are having company for the weekend & into next week...
Breakfast : Protein coffee & small piece of dark chocolate
Snack : protein coffee
Lunch : deli chicken spread with laughing cow garlic flava & side salad from Wendys
Dinner : its date night with DH, as usual we will eat out, no sure what's for dinner, maybe Thai
Cardio :
ZUMBA - last day of gym style exercise until next Wednesday, gym closed Sunday &
Monday for classes, but plan to do alot of walking when site-seeing with my guests

thing
for lunch I had tuna w/lite miracle whip, onion &
celery
protein coffee for snack
1 cup of past in meat sauce because I forgot to
remove my portion before I added the noodles,Drat!
Maybe i'll have something else if I feel like cooking
again.
cheddar cheese for snack
