Thursday May 24 Cardio & Cafe

New day today.. still decarbing 3rd day... today is lovely headache... but the cravings are mostly gone... I also realize that I have  yearly appointment with my surgeon in 2 weeks - just lovely...
I know crash diet  don't work - but I know I can lose 5 lbs just going on the really low carb stuff...
If is all the water I gained with all the sugar.

today I am not hungry - and I will try to keep it that way:

coffee + almond milk
more coffee
protein shake
salad w chicken or fish
protein shake
protein shake
veggies and meat (going out - maybe)
protein shake or protein muffin..

if I do not go to dinner with friends - I plan to go to yoga.. or really long walk in the pork.

Breakfast  :  protein shake
Snack  :  peanutbutter and crackers
Lunch  :  turkey manwich with cheese & greenbeans with new potatoes
Dinner  :  scampi over barilla pls & salad
Cardio  :  1 mile power walk with son & puppies
