Not sure how long iron takes to build up in your system, but I am really feeling so much better since Ive been pushing the iron and Vit D. What a difference. Good thing cause bootcamp really kicked butt last night and I am feeling stronger.
Eats for today:
XL coffee w/ cream
Quest bar and watermelon
Tuna salad and banana
Arnold double protein bread and skippy natural
Not sure whats for dinner
Trainer tonight w/ 20 minute warmup on the treadmill

Anyone ever made the cream cheese pancakes? They are
so easy and good, taste like french toast-it's one
egg for each ounce of cream cheese, put in blender
til smooth and put cinnamon or sf syrup on them. Next
time I'll try the lite cream cheese or use egg whites
to get the fat/cals down.
Anyhow today's eats:
cream cheese pancakes plus one egg fried in pam
salad with chicken and ceasar dressing and cheese
dinner is some sort of chicken and rice thing that
my sister is making and salad
gonna try not to snack, maybe a protein shake/coffee
later on
Though day... surviving. Hope Tess is doing OK.
I was up 1/2 night so i am tired. But I will sleep well tonight.
Already ate 3/4 my days worth... in food.. but I do plan to go to bed early...
eats:
coffee + almond milk
cheese, wrap... + sunflower seeds
protein cookies (home made)
more cheese with pork
meatloaf
not sure after that... but will manage..

Breakfast : protein coffee & a small biscotti
Snack : deli chicken /provolone roll-ups & 2 saltines with pb
Lunch : grilled chicken with a little mushrooms & cheese on top & green beans
Snack : maybe another coffee, just creamer & milk in this one
Dinner : crockpot beef-n-beer, greenbeans-n-newpotatoes, small piece of crusty french bagette
Cardio : mile walk with DH & the dogs
Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
Well it finally stopped rain here today and it's been a good day.
I felt up to working out this morning and did another 30 minutes this evening.
Todays eats have been and will be:
Pre-Breakfast: 100 Cal Raisin Cinnamon Bagel with Cinnamon Laughing Cow Cheese
Breakfast: Coffee Protein Shake with SF White Chocolate Pudding
Snack: Balance Protein Bar
Lunch: Salad with1/2 cup of Edamane with Grilled Chicken Pieces
Snack: 90 calc. Fiber One Brownie
Dinner: 3oz Gordon Lemon Pepper Fish, Serving of Roasted Sweet Potato and ½ of Green Veggies
Snack: Mini Apple Pie
