Nice day today. But ISO audit tomorrow so I am so stressed - it is not funny.
My cat is adorable, as always. I am not sure whet time I will be in tonight so I locked the cat door..she will be stuck today. I know she will be safe.
Plan to start exercise tomorrow... after the audit.
Eats today:
Coffee + almond milk
protein muffins, almonds
more muffins
pork loin with cucumber
meat loaf, veggies
protein cookies
quest bar (maybe- there is something funny about them - I dumped on one yesterday and then crushed... as if they had lots of sugar.)
sunflower seeds
more pork and veggies.

Today Im back on track. I didnt do much damage with my 'Im in maintenance mode' declaration. Just 2 lbs, but that could be water. DH has been kinda off track too, so we both agreed to get back to it today. Especially since we are having our daughter's graduation party this weekend. Im going to want to eat and relax.

XL coffee w/ cream
Quest Bar
Pure protein bar (hungry today)
Lean cuisine pizza. on a tight budget today, so eating what we have
apple
Baked talapia and couscous
Trainer tonight and 20 mins on the treadmill.

Was away from the scale for the weekend while on a mini-vaca, managed to hold on pretty well...
Breakfast : protein coffee
Snack : greek yogurt with banana & Kashi crunch & a dab of pb
Snack : coffee with SF creamer & a splash of milk
Lunch : 2 baked chicken legs and a cheese stick
Dinner : deli ham & provolone roll-ups, cucumbers and a few chips
Cardio : Zumba
Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
I remember when they took off my apron in 2007 as the doctor called it I was bent over for about a good week or two and walking very, very slow. To the point when I was able to get out of my apartment 2 weeks later a old lady with a walker out walked me :-)
So, BOTTS. I am back on track today. I worked out this evening with Tae Bo PT24/7 (Basic Boxing). And my eats have been the following:
Pre-Breakfast: ½ cup of Hi Lo Cereal with 1/8 cup of Almond Milk
Breakfast: Coffee Protein Shake with SF White Chocolate Pudding
Snack: Balance Protein Bar
Lunch: Salad with serving of Perdue Short Cut Grilled Chicken
Snack: 90 calc. Fiber One Brownie
Dinner: 5oz Seared Sirloin Steak with Veggies
Snack: Maybe a Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake with a ½ cup of BerriesToday I had a protein shake for breakfast. it's Matrix Orange cream 110 calories
Lunch chicken in a light sour cream sauce
snack 10 almonds
dinner chicken with lemon and salad with light ranch
snack unknown so far this evening some time.
cardio was 30 min on the eliptical and 15 min on the treadmill alternating between jogging and power walking
