I hope Tess is doing OK. I know I miss her.... Speedy recovery babe...
The sun is up. It will be a nice day. I will be working... so not much fun for me... but can't have everything..
Yesterday I had a very good food day and even with the extra stress I have good food ready and don't have any junk food. I also have my vits and flavored water...all is good.

Tess, I hope your doing well.  Evening Botts!

Well, I have been off my plan for over a week now.  Tomorrow I start from day one once again.  I weighted this evening in I am up a total of 5 pounds since the first of the month.  The swelling in my left ankle and my right knee has gone down and I felt like working out for the first time in 9 days (did 35 minutes of Tae Bo PT24/7)  And I ordered Me & My Chair by Dolvett this afternoon. 

I figured out these past few days if I don't workout in the morning I loss control of my whole day, my eatting gets off and I start reaching for the wrong things (comfort foods and out of control snacking).  Starting tomorrow I have a wls buddy (at work) so I have that face to face accountablitiy which I have been lacking on this journey.  Now, I have 27 pounds to take off to get back to where I was a year and a half ago (which I maintain for over 10 years)

Since the weather is improving and it's lighter longer I can get in some hiking after work now since I live directly across the street from Fort Tryon Park. 

So, we fall off and we dust ourselves off and get up and get started again!
