TGIF! So ready to sleep in. I really live for Saturday monings so I dont have to answer to the alarm clock.
Im still fighting the head hunger since I declaired myself in maintenance mode. Stupid brain!
My iron supplements still havent shown up yet. Ive been taking the Rx my dr sent, even if they arent the greatest or exactly what we need...but...I think Im feeling a little better. Im still tired but my mood is improving. Ive been pushing the D as well this week. So, I guess I just have to wait it out.

XL coffee w/ cream
Quest Bar
Running out at lunch and Im craving a decent Grilled chicken caesar salad
Pizza tonight. I'll be having a slice of super supreme and some fruit
Off gym for me tonight. Have a great weekend everyone!

Mary, you'll be feeling better once you get your Iron built back up...Its bike week in Myrtle Beach SC...we're headed out in the morning, early, spend the day and 1 night and head back home on Sunday, short trip but looking forward to it, hope the rain stays minimal...
Breakfast : protein coffee
Lunch : thin slice pizza & maybe a bread stick
Dinner : tonight is date nite with DH, for sure a hot wing or 2, I'm thinking a salmon or tuna & a
salad to share...
No cardio planned other than a short walk around the neighborhhood for the pups to pee - had to cancel my regular friday ZUMBA due to work staffing issues

It's Friday. ... but for me this weekend will be working weekend. I have ISO audit on Tuesday and still need to make sure I have all documents ... would hate to fail that one. Was really busy at work so could not really do much reviewing last couple of weeks. Also my hormones are all over the place and I am so tired... but that's a completely different story.
I did gain 5 lbs.. and hate the idea of it... The clothes felt funny - boobs got bigger ( great for my BF - not so good for me) . and overall do not like feeling like that. It may be hormones related - or just fat...
anyway.. eats today:
coffee + coconut milk
protein cookies (4)
meatloaf with veggies...
pork loin + veggies
Quest bar, and some cookies as a snack
and lots and lots of coffee..
working late again.
BTW: I love my cat - she is so affectionate and funny. she cuddles with me all night... it is so priceless to fell her small lean body pressed against my belly at night... (spooning ...lol) glad the BF is not jealous of that or her...
