Good Morning Botts:

I hope everybody has a wonderful Mother's Day yesterday.  My family surprised me with a Kindle Fire.  They told me after surgery that I could blog from my Kindle Fire and would not have to hold my heavy laptop on my tummy.  I love my family, they are the best!  My eats and cardio today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  PB Protein Bar
Snack:  Quest Apple Bar
Dinner:  Roast Beef & Green Beans
Snack:  Protein Shake

Exercise:  Walking

I hope everybody has a great start to their busy week and remember to take your vits and fluids.

It was nice.  The weather is bad yesterday and it is bad today - but I survived. My BF was driving us every where and was really attentive.  I tried to bake him muffins and first time in like ever- I burn them... so we ate out the rest of the day. I would not want to risk getting by the stove.

But today my BP stabilizes - (first rainy day is usually very bad one) and I feel more like myself.
I go for acupuncture today so I will feel better by the end of the day.

eats:
1/2 flat-out wrap with pork and may (middle of the night)
coffee+ almond milk
quest protein bar
burger and veggies
yogurt with proteins and blueberries and nuts
chicken with veggies.
LNS: nuts... or protein cake

I had a great Mothers Day WEEKEND, started Friday and rolled right thru to last night...Finally got my garden in, baked lots of cookies, splurged on eats but managed to hold onto the same weight thru the weekend...Overall my body weight is solidly & stubburnly staying 5 lbs more than the 1st goal I have set for myself (which is to be solidly back in the 130's somewhere even if its just 139 )...

Breakfast  :  last weekend treat - dk choc dunkin donut & a protein coffee
Snack  :  maple turkey & provolone roll-ups
Lunch  :  chicken sausage with red "gravy"
Dinner  : 2 fried chicken wings & asian hot pickles

Monday, Monday!

It's been an overall good day.  It's about to rain...

Well no working out for me for the next few days...my left ankle is swollen as well as my leg and behind my right knee.  So, I will not be doing the AIDS Walk in NYC this coming weekend.

Well, my eats for the day has been:

Breakfast:  2 boiled eggs
Snack: Balance Protein Bar
Lunch: 5oz of Boneless Baby Back Ribs and Veggie
Snack: was a 1/2 of Coconut Cupcake with the frosting
Dinner:  1 Potato Samosa and a Shellless Taco Salad
Snack:  90 calc Brownie (maybe)
