Good Morning Botts:

I am on all liquids again this weekend.  I have got to get the rest of the lower GI barrium out of my system so I can have my Upper GI on Tuesday.  Fun, Fun, Fun,... So, my eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast through Dinner:   Clear Liquids with a Magnesium Citrate Chaser

Cardio:

Hey Tess!  and Botts!

To all of you ladies who are mothers Have a Wonderful Mothers Day tomorrow!

Well, I started my detox this evening!!

This morning I had a doctor appointment so I've been on the run since 8am.  My legs hurt right now so the doctor is tell me no AIDS Walk next weekend.  However, since I was out in Queens New York today I hit the Queens Mall...found some really great deals at JC Pennys and everything in New York & Company was 1/2 off everything in the store...so, I now have new summer and spring outfits...I also lost a dress size no more XL for me I am now into large off the rack. and a few Mediums (happy dance)  It may not seem like much for others but the last 4 months I worked really hard to get those 30 pounds off now to get to work on the final 25 pounds.

Today I did have a:

Coffee & Meds
1 cup of Hi Lo Cereal
Double ham burger from MD's
A Protein Bar
Now to turn on the liquids:
Dinner: Fruit Smoothie
Snack: Protein Juice Drink

Tomorrow I am in all day (homework) So, I'll start my Detox 1st thing when I wake up!!!!
