Good Morning Botts:

Bright and sunny in my neighborhood today with temperature around 78 degrees today.  My kind of weather.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury protein shake
Snack:  Quest brownie bar
Lunch:  Pure Chocolate Bar
Snack:  Vita Top
Dinner:  Chicken Quesadilla
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

Exercise:  Walking

Hello,
I go the NUT today for the first time in a long time. I want her to look at my eats and see if I need to tweak it abit. I am all over the place with my eating lately and I hope she can help. I really wish they would start a local support group for re-gainers, but that would be evidence of failures for the docs!! I don't think my doc would do it, He just makes me feel bad when I see him so I don't go anymore. My PCP does my labs.
Eats:
B-protien coffee w/ alomnd milk
s-protien smoothie w/ 1/2 cup mixed fruit
l- spinach salad w/ chicken and sf vinagrette
d- IDK yet
s-quest bar (  I found them locally at Vitamin Shoppe)!!!

I feel your pain about a support group for "old" timers who are no longer on the woowhoo wagon and need to talk about real issues...I have a good group here I go once a month but there are alot of newbies & the group leader frowns heavily when we "the older members" talk about re-gain problems much further out, the trys to play it all off to "if you just stick to the plan" blah-blah-blah...

I have my next annual in about a month and this year I'm up about 10 lbs, I'm expecting a lecture, we'll see how it goes...

The only support group that I have ever had has been this OH board.  I have never gone to one single meeting not since the old weigh****cher days.

Hang in there I know how you feel...the first 30 I took off was no big deal.  These last 20 to 25 pounds are testing me.  I am also all over the place recently with my eatting.  So, when I get home tomorrow I will start the 5 day all over again...one taste of sugar last month and I am completely off the wagon! 

It wasn't easy the first time around and it's harder this time around because we know what we can eat and how much...

Keeping posting and I will too....

Morning everyone!

I took a sick day yesterday. I didnt post here cause I didnt have a plan. Ive been feeling bad lately. Nauseous, cranky, depressed, I dont want to get out of bed...my workouts are suffering, headaches...Ive even been having this strange kinda restlessness in my arm. Ive actually had to lay on it twice now. I thought it was maybe the iron. Stopped that (will be ordering the correct stuff from Vitalady as payday is sat). Not that. Tried cutting a couple different things and after my husband thought it was maybe the change to Zoloft I looked up side effects. Well, wouldnt you know its nausea, headaches and some kind of strange muscle restlesness! Wow. Im going to call the doc today.

SO....

My eats for today:

coffee w/ cream
Pure protein bar
Salad w/ leftover grilled chicken wings
1/2 Asian pear and cheese stick
Meatballs w/ marinara and parm

Trainer tonight

Sorry you did not feel good...I was in a "rat house" last 2 days.  For me - it is  weather... hate rain and low pressure...

Have you tried Lexapro?  I use this each morning about 10 gm. and do not have any side effects (knock on wood) but it is very calming for me and my anixety level is really low.  In other words, I can handle a lot of crap and not go crazy on everybody.  Ask your doctor if he think this might work for you.

Beautiful day today. I feel so much better. Sunny and nice.  Other things still suck, some new things suck even more... but with sun out there.. I know I can deal with that.

My cat is still very clingy . But It may be my fault. My bushes are flowering and I love flowers in the house. I brought the flowers in. This morning I noticed she ate some.  They are a poison to her.  One of a sign is depression.  She is indoor - outdoor cat and she could eat them out - but bringing them home was bad idea... crap.

beside that,,, my eats today:

coffee+ almond milk
mini Bell cheese (4)
protein cake, more coffee...
salad with meat and eggs
yogurt with proteins and berries
dinner out: some salad and meat ...

 I am glad you are feeling better.  I was worry about you playing in the streets.  I ordered that sun especially for you.  Sorry about your kitty.  Have a much better day today.
