Morning Botts:

This morning I weighed in at 153.6.  I am going to see if I can keep this through the end of the week.  If I can, I will update my ticker.  Well, yesterday was a fun a day for me but I made it through it.  I go back on Friday for my final pre-op tests.  Hard to believe that my surgery is actually next week.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest PB Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Steak Taco
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Exercise:  Walking

Beautiful day & slow at work, wish I was outside on my MC instead of in the office on my A$$

Breakfast :  protein shake
Snack  :  protein coffee
Lunch  :  bbq turkey & provolone roll-ups and a cucumber
Snack  :  almonds
Dinner  :  pork carnitas tacos (maybe 2) & chili beans
Cardio  :  long walk with DH & the pups around the neighborhood

Morning!

Anyone like any frozen yogurts? I dump and get RH so I have to be careful. I did well with greek frozen yogurt from TCBY. Stopped and got some frozen fat free, nsa yogurt (Food Lion brand) I had eaten too much at dinner, so I didnt have a whole serving. Dipped in a spoon to taste and I dont think that is going to be good for me. Was way too sweet, so Im not even going to try it. I got a whole (1/2 gallon?) of it. Hopefully DH will enjoy it....

Anyway, hopped on the scale. Back to 228. Good. hopefully it will move. My MIL is all excited about these green coffee bean pills she saw on Dr Oz. Figured Id try them with her. Feel kinda stupid resorting to something like that again, but at this point anything is worth a shot.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Pure Protein bar
Leftover chicken and garden salad
Orange and cheese stick
Not sure whats for dinner...

Trainer tonight and 20 mins on the treadmill.

Hi All,


Today is another rainy day here in the Northeast,
Oh well, the sun has got to come out at some point!

My eats for today are:

B-cheesy eggs with veggies

L-1/2 a bun, 1/2 slice cheese, 1/4 c. sloppy joes

D-meat loaf,i/2 c. m. potatoes, 1/2 cup veggies

S-1 protein coffe for sure, and a greek yogurt flavored
with jello powder if I get hungry later

Tess I hope you make it to the end of the week as well 153.6!!!!

Well, my day started out well, I was able to stop the snacking this morning by having a Sensa Chew and made it to lunch with no problems.  I failed this evening because I got pissed off!!!!  Headed to the doctors off to have my IRN tested which takes only 1 minute to do.  However, it's raining out and it takes me a subway ride and a bus ride to get to the doctors, I get there and was told.  How theres no nurse here this late they changed their schedule this week...so, no one called me!  So, I am pissed that it one took me over an hour to get there and was told to come back tomorrow really, the lab was to busy to draw my blood and I would have to go back down starts to my doctor to have his nurse do it...what a run around plus it thats me TWO subways trains and a bus ride to just get home....so where oh where did 3 and a 1/2 hours of my time gone!!!!!!

Plus as I think of it, it's my doctors fault that I have PE in my lungs that so called superfiscal blood clot in my right leg in September should have been treated with warfin to stop it from getting to the point it it broke off and landed in my lungs less than 2 months later.  It's time for me to change doctors !!!!!  So I lased out and showned out (stress) I stopped at the Asian Bakery on my to the subway heading home....purchased 4 steamed cakes and two Steamed Rolls one glazed the other Sweet Potato filled.  Ate the Steamed Roll glazed on the Subway back into the city and just forked down a steamed cake....however I just threw everything else in the trashed!  So, Wednesday is my DO OVER!!!!!!

Worked out this morning and last night doing PT27/7 Boxing

Pre-Breakfast:  ½ cup of Hi Lo Vanilla Almond Cereal with a 1/8c of Almond Milk & Meds

Breakfast: Protein Coffee with SF Vanilla Pudding

Snack:  Breakfast Sandwich/110 calc Bagel – Cinnamon & Raisin with Ham & Laughing Cow Cheese (cinnamon)

Lunch: Salad with 4oz of Petit Sirloin and Salad Seasoning

Snack: Asian Sticky Bun and a ½ Bag of Cheddar Cheese & Carmel Popcorn

Dinner:  Steamed Asian Cake with Butter Cream

Snack:  Coffee & Meds


Making myself fully accountable for my actions this evening. However, I did step on the scales as well down 2 pounds....lets see what it looks like in the morning :-D

Morning - coffee, creamer and sf syrup, pkg peanut butter crackers, 1/4 bag pork rinds
Afternoon - mango, salad w/cheese and croutons, boiled egg
Evening - 3 fried chicken wings, mixed nuts, 10 ginger snaps, peach flavored tea.
