Morning Botts:

I am totally empty.  My scale saids that I weigh 152.2 lbs. this morning.  Due to the bowel prep I have lost a total of fluid 3.4 lbs.  I know this is fluid and tomorrow I will be back up more nornal on the scale but today I will take it as a small victory for the hell that I went through yesterday.  My eats and cardio today:

Nothing until I have all my tests run
Lunch:  maybe a quest brownie bar
Snack:  Cheese stix
Dinner:  BBQ on sandwich thins
Snack:  vita top

Exercise:  None today too weak

Hope you survive all your tests Tess! So exciting your surgery is next week :)

Im in desperate need of a vacation...or something. Starting to wonder if its the Zoloft or life just sucking the life out of me. Im happy the scale moved, but I know its not 'real'. Hoping to get past here. Im sick of feeling depressed all the time...just a general feeling of blah.

I had a chance to try some Greek frozen yogurt from TCBY over the weekend. YAY! I didnt dump. That was nice and the yogurt was yummy. Glad its not in my daily travels though.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Pure Protein bar (missing my Quest bars, cant wait till pay day to order more!)
Really not sure whats for lunch. was too late this morning. I have a banana and orange. Guess I'll hit the cafeteria for protein.
I think the husband is making chicken tonight

Tess, isn't it a wonderful feel good thrill when you see a great # on the scale, for me its always such a let down when I don't keep seeing it, even though mentally I know the low # was just an illusion in the 1st place...

Breakfast  : protein shake
Snack  :  protein coffee
Lunch  : grilled steak & szechuan aspargus
Snack  :  almonds
Dinner  :  maybe another protein shake or some turkey & cheese roll-ups
Cardio  :   ZUMBA

Good luck at the tests.
Well... not long before no matter what you did  - the scale showed much bigger number.
This is scale victory... Yea, this is fluid and then some.. but still - it is a great number.

I had good food day yesterday...

today also started quite well.

eats:
coffee + coconut milk
3 string cheese
protein shake with greens
veggies + meat stew (take all small leftovers - mix all together, add some meat, some tomatoes ... get a whole new nice spicy dish)
salad with eggs and some meat
yogurt with proteins and blueberries.
LNS: protein bar...

BTW: I found "food" that allows me to get cool and get extra proteins. I use my ninja blender *the small container ). I mix protein powder with 1/2 cup water or coconut milk - cold (use magic bullet or any other small blender). Put aside,  Put 1-1.5 cup of ice and crush that in ninja small container. Open it up and dump the protein shake and blend all together.  I get semi frozen slushy.  Like a very soft ice cream. Can be frozen for an additional 30 min .  It is a nice snack, quick, and "legal". On top of that - since I am almost always "hot" ... it chills me down for at least 1-2 hrs.

Evening Botts!

Tess...small victory are still good victorys!

Today was a good day until I broke down and had a bag of Lays Potato Chips.  So, I will work out this evening to burn 210 calc.  But other wise it was still a good day!

Exercise for the day was 30 minutes on the Total Gyms; this evening 30 minutes with PT24/7 Tae Bo Boxings Basic

My eats for the day have been: 

Pre-Breakfast:  ½ cup of Hi Lo Cereal with a 1/8c of Almond Milk & Meds

Breakfast: Protein Coffee with SF Chocolate Pudding

Snack:  Protein Bar – Quest/Cinnamon Roll

YES: A bag of Lays Potato Chips

Lunch: General Tso Veggie Crispy Chicken w/Veggies

Snack: Protein Bar – Balance/Lemon

Dinner:  Chicken Lime Burger w/works & Salad

Snack:  Vita Top Cup Cake – Chocolate
