Today is my beautiful daughter's twenty fifth birthday, one of the best things I ever did. I rented my lift chair yesterday and today I start my bowel prep for my lower GI tomorrow morning. Fun, Fun, Fun!
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Rest of the day, clear liquids, broths, water and magnesium citrate..
Exercise: Running to the toliet

In my neck of the woods the weather is nice. But I think I gained some more inches,,,, my boobs got bigger yet again...and I some of my last year dresses fit fine on the bottom and are way too tight on the top. On one side that is good... on another... crap... I lived with big boobs all my life... really wanted just C after the BL ..and end up with large C- small D... 2 years later - I am D+ or DD in some styles... I can't win...
I do nee to get start exercising... Like now... Food is not a problem. The booze may be. Stopping it now... No drop for at least one month...

Already been to Target changed my bathroom colors to something springy (light green & blue). Done 3 loads of laundry, cleaned my apartment and planned my meals for the day. So, no gym today, will workout with the 8 to 10 minute videos for my total gym and head outside this afternoon for a walk in my hood'.
Well Tess that sucks no birthday cake for you today...But hang in there today, last week Sunday I had my issues with the tolet :-)
So, today my planned eats are:
Pre-Breakfast: ½ cup of Hi Lo Vanilla Almond Cereal with a 1/8c of Almond Milk & Meds
Breakfast: (Late Breakfast) Fruit Smoothie made with 8oz of Diet V8 Splash, 1 scoop of Protein and cup of frozen fruits
Snack: Vita Top – Muffin Top/Chocolate Chip Banana
Lunch: (Late Lunch) Tomato and Onion Salad with Protein Cream of Mushroom Soup
Snack: Protein Bar – Quest/Cinnamon Roll
Dinner: Protein Bar – Indian Dish (Mutter Paneer w/ground Lamb over a serving of Brown Rice)
Snack: Yogurt (Dannon Lite) with ¼ of Fresh Fruit or SF Ice Cream Bar
It's beautiful here as well
so far i've had
cheesy eggs, bacon and toast
planning on 1 slice leftover pizza for
lunch
dinner is chicken and veggies
2 protein shakes or coffees
and more coffee.
I know it's not a great day, but it's been much
worse, and it will get much better.

Evening All,
Cardio:
Gardening is my morning exercise but I do plan to get back on the treadmill too.
Cafe:
Morning - coffee, creamer and sf syrup
Afternoon - 3 pcs fish, baked potato, 1/4 cup white beans, a hush puppy
Evening - mixed nuts, qt peach flavored cold tea, 32 oz powerade zero
The weekend is almost over and then I can get back to a better routine.
Hope all of you survived the weekend and ready to make this week even better than the last.
Tess u probably lost another pound with all that running. Hope all goes well.
