Good Morning Botts:

I start on a soft food diet today and all clear liquids tomorrow.  I have lots of tests on Monday including a lower GI, in preparation for my upcoming surgery on the 17th.  My eats and cardio for today will be:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Protein Shake
Snack:  Protein Shake
Lunch:  Soup
Snack:  Protein Shake
Dinner:  Soup
Snack:  Protein Shake

Exercise:  running around the neighborhood today.

Morning Tess & Botts!

Well, I slept in today.  I am normally up at 5 or no later than 5:30am to hear to work, it took a bit to make me stay in bed :-)

Well, Tess hang in there a liquid day is a major challenge I would do it with you today but the protein drinks are no longer fulling me up so the doctor has made me add more food with my current work scheedule.  So, today I have church this evening so I will have my protein bars on the subway going to and from.

Pre-Breakfast:  ½ cup of Hi Lo Vanilla Almond Cereal with a 1/8c of Almond Milk & Meds

Breakfast:  (Late Breakfast) Fruit Smoothie made with 8oz of Diet V8 Splash, 1 scoop of Protein and cup of frozen fruits

Snack:  None

Lunch: (Late Lunch) 1 Cup of Cheddar Bacon Soup (left over from dinner last night) with maybe a Side Salad

Snack: Protein Bar - Quest (On the subway heading to church this evening)

Dinner:  Protein Bar – Balance Bar (On the subway heading home from church this evening)

Snack:  Yogurt (Dannon Lite) with a package of Snackergy/Chocolate & Caramel Granola

So, you all have a great day.  Heading to the gym in a hour to walk at least 3.5 mile today, I have to get it in gear to be able to handle 5 miles or close to 6 mile by the 19th So I can keep up with my team during the Aids Walk on the 20th.

Evening All,
Cardio: It stormed this morning but I did a little cleaning, a little gardening and a lot of worrying.
Cafe:
Morning - Coffee w/creamer and sugarfree syrup
One sausage patty
Afternoon - Garden salad w/98% fat-free turkey, cheese, onion and fat-free ranch dressing
Powerade zero
Evening - Pizza (DH is on a homemade pizza kick, he is making them) Yeah I live with a sabatore
Cinnamon Quest Bar, pear, peach flavored tea.
Hope all of you ate what you planned.
Hope all goes well with surgery on 17th.  I've been mia so did not know.
