I am officially down another pound finally. It has been a dry 3 months. My eats and cardio for today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Cheese Stix
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla
Snack: Vita Top
Exercise: Walking

Have an appointment with my surgeon this morning
and I'm hoping I lost a couple of lbs. I think I
have but luckily it's warm here today so I can
wear shorts so that might give me an extra lb.
loss, LOL. I know... it comes back in the fall when
we have to go back to jeans.
Well, here's my plan for today:
breakfast-protein coffee
Lunch-greek yogurt, banana and sf pudding powder
dinner-chicken, green beans
snacks-lite and fit yogurt, cheddar cheese, apple
Congats on the loss Tess, that's like 4 sticks
of butter!

Sooo Tired. Dinner did not agree with me for some reason last night (bison burger, cheese and tomato on a pita w/ Olive oil mayo and mustard. Couple Pop Chips) maybe too many carbs, but felt more like dumping than RH. Had to take a nap at 7. Slept until 830, then back to bed and actually slept the entire night. Still tired now :(
At least there were no thunderstorms this morning.
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
1/2 Asian Pear and still working on Pure Protein bar
Greek Yogurt w/ PB2, fresh strawberries and Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Apple and Cheese stick
Baked Talapia and veggies
Trainer tonight w/ 20 minute warm up on the treadmill
It is again a beautiful day here. Nice and sunny.
It look like we may get some extra orders for the second part of the month. Hate when business is so slow.
Went grocery shopping last night...It amazed me that I could spend $200 on grocery and gas withing 45 min.. I went to Costco and restock my pantry... but boy... my CC hurts. And that just some veggies, meat and cheese... But I do have "snack" food for at least 2 weeks.
today eats:
coffee+ almond milk
sunflower seeds
more coffee
hard boiled eggs+ cucumbers
wrap with cheese... or quest bar (on a way to an appointmenT)
yogurt with proteins and blueberries
salad with meat, cheese -
I see one of my docs today - it is time for yearly labs - hope she can write me a script for what I want.

It's Thursday! One more work day to the weekend
It has been so nice here and looks like mother nature is going to keep it coming for Saturday & Sunday, YEAH, I'm riding my MC this weekend FOR SURE!
Yeah Tess, you are soo much better then me, if I had gone 3 months with no losses I would have given up the ghost much soonerm, obviously willpower & the need for positive re-enforcement play heavily on my progress...
Breakfast : protein coffee
Snack : coffee with sf creamer and a splash of milk
Snack : 1 deli ham & cheese roll-up
Lunch : wendy's chili with diced chicken added & avocado
Dinner : low country boil, maybe a bit of biscuit too
Cardio : power walk 1 1/2 miles with son and puppies in the EARLY am and another shorter
one with DH and all the dogs after dinner
