Hello to all...I am so glad that you have allowed me to join this group because I need some help with staying focused. I am a year and half out and I am having the hardest time losing this last 25 pounds. I have lost 100 but the rest doesn't seem to want to get off. I have lost my way can someone please help me find it.

Welcome aboard!  Go back to what you were eating at about 6 months out, do not drink with your meals, journal your food daily, up your proteins and cut your carbs back to about 75 grams a day.  It is so easy to let the carbs come back to roost because we got comfortable eating them again and not dumping or gaining.  Once the malabsorption is gone they then make up stop losing and start regaining our weight back.  If you are not exercising, find something that you like to do that you will keep up, and do it.  You still have a golden opportunity to get your final 25 lbs. off.  I know a lot of folks say that the malabsorption leaves at about 18 months but I know tons of folks who continue to lose at 24 months out.  Good luck and come here daily to post or just to lurk.  Have a great day!

I had RNY 2.5 yrs ago. Lost about 90 pounds, regained 15. So I'm in Weigh****chers again, and after less than 2 weeks am quite pleased how it's going so far. Gave me back some structure to my lifestyle, when I was having a hard time getting motivated to get back on track. Their new Points Plus program is reasonable and pretty easy to follow. Best success to you.
