First day of May and weather here in Mississippi is nearing 90 degrees today. What happen to Spring? I have to brag on my tenth grader, he got a 29 on his ACT test. So proud of him. My eats and cardio today are:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest PB Bar
Snack: Lite Dice Peaches
Dinner: Steak Quesadilla
Snack: Vita Top
Exercise: Walking

Im proud to report that I stayed on plan yesterday. I ate just over 1200 calories and hit the gym really hard. Im also proud to report that I was able to do 50 full situps in under 2 minutes and can complete PROPER, full burpees! YAY! and my pushups are kicking ass too :)~
My appointment to go over my bloodwork with the nut isnt until the 14th, but I did receive two prescriptions in the mail yesterday from my surgeon. Vit D and I couldnt read the other one, but I may have made out something that looked like ferritin? LOL So, Im guessing thats Iron. My husband is dropping them off and I asked him to ask the pharmacist and let me know.
Anyway...Eats for today:

Pure Protein bar
Greek Yogurt w/ PB2, Kashi Go Lean Crunch and fresh strawberries
Apple and Cheese Stick
Baked Talipia and steamed veggies
WW Ice cream cup
20 minutes of hill intervals on the treadmill before my session with the trainer.

Me too - I did OK keeping on target, today is the 1st day of a new month & I'm feeling motivated to stick with it...
Pre Breakfast : bite of Harvarti cheese while packing lunch
Breakfast : protein coffee
Snack : coffee with sf creamer & a splash of milk
Lunch : roll-ups w/ ham, cheese & a smear of tomato jam & a side caesar salad from Wendys
Dinner : unknown, its Harley Club night, will eat at the meeting
Cardio : 1 1/2 mile power walk with my son & 2 "puppies" ( old girl was sleeping in)
Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
I am a happy camper here in sunny California. I saw my doctor yesterday and my boot is officially off! I still have to do physical therapy for at least another month to increase the strength and mobility in my ankle, but I'll take it!!

I forgot to deposit money into my account and woke up this morning in panic. It is 1st and the mortgage is due today (auto)... I went to the bank and moved the money and I hope the payment is covered. I really hope so... (my bank works with me ..and since the account was in negative - means they allow it to take the payment... now the second one- I am not sure. I will find out later this week. Crappy memory.
Beside that and the bad food yesterday, foul gas, pain in my belly, cramping and no appetite - I am doing just fine.....
Not enough business - people were sent home to day again...

We have a few projects we are working on... and hopefully that will help... But with China and Korea... it is so difficult to compete in the manufacturng area.
