Good Morning Botts:

It is the end of another month and I hope that everybody achieved what they wanted or used this past month to maintain.  If April did not bring about the results you wanted then learn from it and start fresh again in the Month of May.  My eats and cardio for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest PB Bar
Snack:  Lite Dice Peaches
Dinner:  Meatloaf & Green Beans
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

Exercise:  Walking

Good morning botters!

Im feeling much better today and Im back on track. I was off for a few days. I also took a couple (planned) days off from the gym to recover. Im feeling so much better mentally and physically. Im ready to rock this week!

I finally have another appt with my nut to go over my bloodwork. Im kinda hoping there is something there. I just dont understand why my body is refusing to let the weight go.

On a great note, I got together with friends over the weekend and received some comments about my figure that were pretty nice. AND there was notice of my awesome bicep muscles :) Too bad the wings ruin everything! LOL Nice to see people noticing my hard work!

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Pure Protein Bar
Greek yogurt w/ PB2, fresh strawberries and Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Apple and Cheese Stick
Grilled chicken and roasted cauliflower

Hey everyone!

This is my plan as of now:

protein coffee

chicken and sauteed onion peppers and cheese
with or without a tortilla, if I'm strong enough

protein coffee

I REALLY went so off track with this bridal shower,
not for one day, for 3. Munched the day before, the day
of and on leftovers the day after, ugh and now of course
I feel terrible, duh! I gotta learn to think in
terms of starting fresh with the next meal instead
of the next day. I was doing so good before this too.
So no more whining, I know what I gotta do and I'm on it.

New week ... and tomorrow is new month. My body is fighting me. 
Over the weekend I did well... but either I took too much magnesium (was stuck) or got light food poisoning.  My thinks the poisoning..... Too much cramping...
Anyway... need to take it easy today and drink a lot of tea...My insides do not likely me too much.

Eats:
Coffee with almond milk
protein muffins
protein shake
yogurt with proteins and blueberries
more protein shake
veggies and burger (home made)
LNS: maybe some nuts or seeds, apple

Well its almost May and I am almost 4 years out and not happy with my gain so again I am back on track and doing this for me!

B-Peanut butter & Jelly protein bar

L-tuna salad with cucumbers and tomatoes

S-chili (meat and beans really)

D-homemade goulash (yes it has a little pasta but will try and pick most out)

I have brought a low carb yougurt in case I need another snack.  Plan on walking at lunch and maybe a quick tan to make me smile while getting some vitamin D.

  I was SOOO far of the chain this weekend I hung myself out to dry with it...Fresh start, new month begins tomorrow, today will be about re-setting perameters...

Pre-Breakfast  :  1/4 slice deli turkey
Breakfast  :  protein coffee & 2 small pb cookies (they're gone now)
Snack  :  coffee with sf creamer & a splash of nf milk
Lunch  :  roll ups of 3 oz deli turkey, 1 1/2 oz havardi & a couple smears of tomato jam
Dinner  :  not sure - either a couple oz deli ham & swiss with avocado or a protein shake
Cardio  :   Zumba

On a more exciting note, we officially adopted another puppy for our local rescue society on Sunday, her name is Sara, the is 10-11 months & a real sweetie...That brings us up to 3 now, one old lady of 18yrs (jack russell) Edie - a 2nd Jack Russell, just turned 1 yr, Bella - and now Sara who is a BIG dog by comparison to the others (almost 50 lbs) she is a boxer/hunting dog mix...Strangely enough they all three look almost exactly alike in markings, guess we have a "type"...Keeping the puppies well walked will definately be adding to my daily cardio workout

Cardio - not yet but there is still hope.
Cafe:  32 oz coffee w/creamer
           Peach carbmaster yogurt
           Chicken salad - homemade w/ crackers
           Popcorn - several hand fulls
           32 oz powerade zero
Vitamins taken
Planning to eat boston butt DH cooked.
Canning Strawberry Jam - I did make a batch w/less sugar.  Most times I give it away but this year I am keeping more for family.
Hope all doing well.  I shall include cardio in my schedule tomorrow.
