Good orning Botts:

It is another beautiful day here in my neighborhood.  My eats were not the best yesterday, I broke down and had a slice of thin cheese pizza and a cheesy breadstick.  They were delicious so I know they were a no no.  Oh well, off to better eats today.

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest PB Bar
Snack:  Vitatop
Dinner:  Chicken with Salsa
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

No exercise today.

Have a very blessed day and don't forget your vits and fluids. 

Edit:  I had Poppyseed Chicken instead of Chicken with Salsa and Corn Casserole.  My guilty pleasure was two homemade chocolate chip cookies. :(

Good morning Tess & BOTTS!

Well as this month comes to an end it has been a challenge for me.  I drop a 8 pounds early this month and wan't able to work out for a week and regained the weight plus 3 additional pounds has problems with BM this months so I started back on the miralax to get it moving again.  But all in all I am back to where I started the month off. 

I re-adapted my eatting plan this week adding more food and removing a protein bar but staying within 1200 and no more than 1300 calc.  so, will see if it works.

I've done a 30 minute PT24/7 Boxing basic workout this moring and just came in from the gym where I walked a full hour.  so, now I will have a late breakfast, my planned eats for the day are:

Pre-Breakfast:  Coffee & Meds

Breakfast:  Protein Juice – Mixed Berry (while I was at the gym)

Snack:  Late Breakfast /Protein Pancake-Chocolate Chips with ½ of Fresh Strawberries and a shot of fat free Whip Cream and maybe 1 Turkey Linked Sausage or a slice of Bacon

Lunch: Late Lunch – Fruit Smoothie with 2 scoops of protein using Diet V8 Splash and a cup of frozen fruit (whi*****luded 1/3 of a frozen Banana)

Snack:

Dinner:  Small round of Potato Au Gratin and a Seared Hot Link with Onions & Peppers

Snack:  Protein Bar – Balance/Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch followed 30 minutes with a cup of Decaf Coffee

So, have agreat day...time to start my homework for the week!!!

Didn't track for the last three days..... : ( My son graduated from university of michigan and we had tons of company and parties. BOT tomorrow!!

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!

I haven't tracked this weekend either. Had a bridal
shower for my siter and went waaaaaaay off track.
I was doing so good too, the week before. Back to
the drawing board, again.

 My weekend was horrible too ladies :-(

Was outta town all weekend, which meant "eating out", not to mention, being at a vendor show... Samples of new products, so needless to say, I'm back to the drawing board... But thats OKAY! Tomorrow is another day!
