Good Morning All,
Day 1 after doing the Master Cleanse. I am easing into the change so today I am suppose to drink fresh squeezed orange juice. This morning I am following protocol, fresh squeezed orange juice. However, I will have green vegetables juiced with a little agave syrup for snack. For lunch I will do injury chicken soup. Planning a protein drink for dinner. I will drink powerade zero and vitamin water zero along with taking my vitamins. Exercise is a must so I've completed 20 minutes cardio.
Hopefully I will succeed without a setback. If my calories stay where they were during the cleanse and I have energy, this should be a good thing. Journaling will help me stay focused. That's my plan.  Hope all have a great day.  I am retired so I enjoy every day.

Another 2 lb**** the dust....  So happy to see that.. you are clearly an inspiration...

I have been eating the quest bars... and love some of them (even cold) and not sure about some others.
Weekend was nice, but Sunday was too much rain, and cold.

Eats today:

coffee + almond milk
protein cookies
quest bar
power crunch bar (2)
wrap with cheese
chicken and veggies
LNS: quest bar (or sunflower seeds)

I made another batch of protein cookies, adding  little bit of dried fruit to increase the carbs,,, (to make them more complex meal) . Here is the basic recipe.

Low Carb Dark Chocolate PB Protein Cookies

1 Scoop About Time Peanut Butter Protein

1 Cup Canned Pumpkin

1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites

1 Scoop Chocolate Protein

1 Cup Natural PB

½ Cup Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder

½ Cup Flaxmeal

Stevia to Taste (I used 1 TBS liquid) (Or you can use Splenda or any other sweetener- 1 tsp Baking Powder

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Drop by the tablespoon on to a cookie sheet lined with foil or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake for about 10 minutes or until firm.

Makes About 24 Cookies. (they are more like muffin tops - not hard cookies)

Nutrition Information Per Cookie:

100 Calories, 7 grams of Fat, 4 grams of Carbs, 3 gr of fiber, 7 grams of Protein

I added an additional scoop of proteins increasing the proteins per cookie to 8 gr.  Still great,
Since all that what goes into the batter is good - the batter itself tasted good.  Mine end up really dark chocolate flavor. (I used whey isolate, that had app 23-25 gr of proteins per scoop)
