Welcome aboard.  When I first started my back on track program, I did the five day pouch test too.  It really worked to decarb me and get me ready for clean eating again.

I am excited down 10 pounds! I have given up sugar free products as well as sugar drinking water infused with fruit and drinking grren tea.
this morning greek yogurt walnuts pineapples
lunch black beans spinach laughing cow cheese
dinner dijon mustard encruste pork chops and cabbage.
30 minutes weight training 30 minutes cardio
