Friday, January 27th, Cardio & Cafe

 My husband and I always share a meal when we go out.  Lucky he and I like most of the same things and we are both watching the carbs.  We usually share the protein and I will get a salad and he sometimes will get the soup/veg/potatoe instead.  Works for us.  Have a great evening.

does anyone know if i should eat before i go work out @ 4am 
EM- coffee and protein shake (was hungry after coffee)
B- scrambled eggs, slice ff cheese and blk forest ham
S- chobani yogurt
L- imitation crab me and yogurt
S- protein bar
D- Tyson chicken breast and picante sauce

 I never do in the AM.  I cannot not eat that early out and I do fine during my hour workout.

I could never do Wendy's Chili.  Right after my surgery it was on my list of things to eat.......OH NO!  Dumping and major heartburn.  When I want something different I will try it and even after 6 years, I still can't do it.  Sorry you had a bad evening.

Thank you.   I normally will eat this every other week and have never, ever dumped on it.  The only thing that I can think of is that I ate it and exercised too soon afterwards and it must have flushed through my system to quickly.  I won't be quick to try that again.

I had a wendys chili wedesday. omg it was so good.  i had it right before class too. sucks you dumped on it :(

Morning Botts! 

I have been able to stay on track all week thanks to coming here.  (save for the two glasses of wine last night! )

Today:

B - Coffee w/FF creamer, 2 Eggs
S - Cheese stick
L - Cheeseburger plain
D - Creamy italian chicken with 1/2 cup noodles and green beans.

Cardio - 40 minutes of Just dance!

That is great!  Obviously you had a glass of wine for me too!  I think I would have done better if I had stay at home last night and had a glass myself.

ok i guess i should put my eats. im sitting here hungery for my afternoon snack. protein shake of course LOL

pre: coffee
b: questbar apple pie OMG YUM!
s: protein shake
L: quest bar vanilla almond YUM again!
and cucumbers i was craving them
s: protein shak
D; not sure yum probably some chicken

So far im at
calories; 757
carbs; 50
FAT 18
protein; 82
i know the protein drinks im drinking are higher in carbs; i know i need to chagne them....

Aren't they the best?  I can't wait until you try the brownie and the peanut butter supreme.  Be sure and heat these up, they taste just like a really chocolatey brownie and a Peanut butter Cookie.  So delish!
