Morning!
Ive got lots of stress going on, trying to stay away from the food. I could have done better last night....was tempted by a darn brownie. I did go to Zumba though and worked hard!
I believe we are going out to dinner tonight. Family is spread out at appointments tonight and we were discussing meeting for dinner, not sure where though.
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
Banana
Weight Control Oatmeal
Leftover beef stew. I picked out mostly beef and carrots
Either a protein bar or Atkins Mocha latte shake if I feel the monster creeping up.
Not sure about dinner...

Good Morning everyone! Been crazy busy this week with college starting back up for the girls, which means babysitting for me a few nights every week. Excited to spend a whole night alone with my husband on the 28th for our anniversary, seems we haven't had that for a few years since the grandbabies started arriving.
Food today:
B-2 slices turkey bacon, egg, hash brown patty
S-String cheese, piece of beef jerky
L-Turkey bagel, dry roasted edamame
S-Quest bar
D-Chicken & dumplings, roasted green beans
Cardio:
Treadmill and yoga. I have discovered trying to do yoga with a 2-year old helping you is a workout in itself. I don't mind, I like teaching her healthy habits early.

B: Greek yougurt
S: 2 celery sticks w/pb, 1/2 an apple and 1/2 of a small chocolate donut ( I know, I know)
L: at 4:30 p.m. 1/2 of a cheese quesadilla w/salsa
S: Grande skinny vanilla latte
D: EAS choc protein shake
S: Sugar free popsicle
I was really busy today so I didn't add up my protein, cal and carb totals which I know is what gets me in trouble so I will be pre-planning tonight for tomorrow. I want to do the 5 day pouch test but my sugar always drops when I try doing it.

Sometimes it is better to look at what you did good on and give yourself a pat on the back. Tomorrow is another day to make a better choice on what you did not do so good on. I try to plan out a weeks worth of dinners for my family so I always know what is on the menu, not specifically what day it is on.
