Hi all,
I'm signing in, will try to post daily if possible, weekends are a little harder for me to get on the computer...
B - coffee with protein powder & SF creamer
S - coffee with SF creamer & lowcarb milk
L - 1 oz ham & 1 oz cheese - in 2 rolls with a little hot pepper jelly
2 1/2's a deviled egg
2 flipz pretzel crackers
sf choc pudding cup with protein powder mixed in
D - 1/2 serving bourbon chicken over caesar salad with bacon & a little extra real parmiaggano regginano
1 hour high intensity ZUMBA - WooWhoo , I love how great I feel after kickin' zumba butt

Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
B - protein drink
S - kashi bar
L - salad and cube steak
S - carrots if needed
D - unsure, craving something different than my norm but undecided as to what.....
Did a bit of cardio today and then both upper/lower body weights.....
Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries 1 double fiber english muffin
Lunch ~ hamburger wrapped in romaine lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes and pop chips (have y'all tried these? I read about them on another board I think, they are popped not baked or fried, there ok, I was kinda wanting something crunchy with lunch so I had a small bag of those, 1 bag is 100 calories and 3 grams of fat, only 1 gram of protein)
Dinner ~ chicken stir fry
Snack ~ protein shake or protein bar
I'm having foamies this afternoon for some reason, it's getting real irratating, but I like having small reminders that my pouch is still working!!

L - Honey Roasted Turkey Breast Slice

I'm feeling a little under the weather with a cold, so no cardio today.
Breakfast: protein shake, decaf coffee/creamer
Lunch: salmon burger, black beans, mixed veggies
Snack: Lite cupcake, coffee/creamer
Dinner: 1/2 Mexican chicken burrito
Snack: decaf coffee/creamer
