Back On Track Together
Wednesday, January 11th, Cardio & Cafe
Tomorrow will be a better day! That's what I'm holding onto. My knee is doing better than yesterday but still aching some. I did manage to exercise on the AB-Lounge and do some arm toning with weights, but I miss being able to get in the cardio. I'm going to give it another day and hopefully by Friday be able to get back to the cardio.
I also spent alot of the day feeling nauseous, so sadly my eating was not very good.
