Thanks babe. I do use a special cream... I probably would not have any skin left if I didn't.
But it still hurts. My sinuses are draining so I use 2-4 tissue boxes a day.

 Hi Hala:

Thank you.  I just asked if you were feeling better on your CVS post on vitamins.  You got some vitamin C that you are taking?  I always try to up the vit. c and drink some extra fluids.  I wish I could drink orange juice but I dump on that lovely non liquor.  Take care and I like the peanuts.

Thanks Tess. I take all I can think off.  Vit C - probably 10,000 per day. Some as standard C - and some as Ester C (the normal C will cause runs if too much taken).
And I take herbal antiviral stuff and for lung support, and sinus support and.... B12 shot. and... Also take the vitamins and minerals.   Unlike me - I even went to the doc due to pain while caughing... but he told me that my lungs are OK.  But I take muccinex -generic - that stuff really makes a difference. And I do not care if it is chemicals.

Last time I was that sick was in 2004.    My BF and I must got that on a cruise, during the last excursion we took.  (Costa Maya).  He is also sick.  As bad as I am.

I do drink a lot of liuids. The Vitamin Zero water - mixed 50-50 with clear water is great. I usually also add Emergen-C pack to one 20 oz bottle. Drink 4 of those a day (the mixes) plus some tea, soups, and coffee.

It is probably a starin of a virus I was nver exposed to ...
(HUGS) Thanks for caring.

Happy Hump Day back at you! Dragging today. I don't think I am sleeping well which is why I am having such motivation issues. Hoping to perk up soon.

B - protein bar
S - banana
L - have salad but wanting sushi...... (caved and got the sushi & rice)
S - carrots (if needed) (actually had another protein bar)
D - pot roast w/potatoes & veggies

Will be hitting the gym shortly for a bit of cardio & upper body. (and I did a 20 minute Zumba workout at home on my Wii)

 Hi Courtney:

I know what you mean about sleep.  If I do not sleep well the night before then I have got to get a nap in somewhere, if not, by the second day, I am ill as a hornet.  I will sting too!!!  I hope you get back to perking up real soon.

I take magnesium before bed 400-800 mg mag oxide. That relaxes me and works as BM softener.  I sleep very well and get great BM in the morning.

Did you order the original or the natural sample bars?  On the original I love the brownie and Peanut Butter Supreme especially heated in microwave for 15 seconds.  They taste yummy.  I also like the Vanilla Almond Crunch and the apple pie.  They use to be my favs.  I am not crazy about the mixed berry bliss though.  In the Natural sample box, I really like the coconut cashew, chocolate peanut butter, cinnamon roll and lemon cream cake bar.  PBJ is okay (not great) and I was disappointed in the strawberry cheesecake bar.  Also, if you are on your route, you can put a bar in your pocket to heat up from your body or on the dash of your mail truck if you drive your route.  I hope you enjoy these bars.  They are quite dense but very filling.
