Good food and exercise day!

Breakfast 1: Coffee w/protein powder
Breakfast 2: 2 egg/1 bacon/spinach
Lunch: Turkey Burger/string cheese/10 almonds
Snack: 11 pretzels/1 oz pumpkin seeds
Dinner: Ribeye/asparagus

80 oz water...strength training/30 minute walk.

Tomorrow will be a better day!  That's what I'm holding onto.  My knee is doing better than yesterday but still aching some.  I did manage to exercise on the AB-Lounge and do some arm toning with weights, but I miss being able to get in the cardio.  I'm going to give it another day and hopefully by Friday be able to get back to the cardio.  

I also spent alot of the day feeling nauseous, so sadly my eating was not very good.

I hope your knee getting to feeling better soon.  Your food looks fine to me.  A little low in protein but over all okay.  I hope your nauseous go away too!  Here looking for a better Thursday for you.
