Good morning!
It's been a good week.  I'm wearing my BodyBugg and hitting my goals and eating well on my plan.  Only 6.3 lbs. to my personal goal.  I bought a Wii Fit Board yesterday.  Haven't opened it yet but there's been a lot of good reviews.  I'll try it later today to try to get these kinks out of my back and knee.  Yoga really helps.
My food plan:
B/L/Snacks - various protein drinks
Dinner - pork chop w/veggies
Dessert - fage w/s.f. syrup

 I'm looking into utilizing the Wii in my weight loss goals as well, lemme know what you think of it after you open it!

Breakfast-Coffee, splenda, creamer, syrup.  WF creamer is 0 carbs and 10 calories per tsp...not too shabby.
Snack-Protein Shake
Lunch-Yogurt and 2 oz of chicken
Snack-Yogurt, couple of almonds
Dinner-the insides of a shredded beef burrito with some peppers, onions and whatever else they threw inside of there...
Snack-NSA fudge pop 

I've been recently cheating with ice cream...so maybe I can get hubby to eat some of the bad ice cream so all I have left is the NSA stuff. 

      Nature does her best to teach us. The more we overeat, the harder she makes it for us to get close to the table.

 Good Morning Botts:

I had another good day at the gym this morning.  It looks like it is going to be a real nice Friday weather wise here in Mississippi today.  My eats and cardio are:

5:15 AM 1 hour on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest Vanilla Almond Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Beef and egg omelet
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

I hope everybody has a great Friday today.  Don't forget your vits and fluids.

Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries
Lunch ~ leftover hamburger patty w/lettuce and tomato
Snack ~ protein bar
Dinner ~ TBD

Well I did better last night as far as snacking but still not great.  So frustrated with myself but today is a new day.

B - protein bar
S - protein bar (forgot my banana)
L - left over hamburger pie
D - unsure

will be doing strength (upper & lower body) today at the gym.

Still under the weather and my BF was told he has pnemonia. Great!.  Mine is still head cold, but it feels more like a flu.  This limits my food so there is a rainbow somewhere there. LOL. 

Eats today: 
coffee + cream
flat-out wrap with cheese
yogurt with proteins and berries 
soup (weird tomatoe soup with egg-drops...)
dinner: who knows, but most likely some soup, or chicken with veggies, or ?? 

Exercise - getting up, house cleaning and grocery shopping... .. not much but some movement...

I am cutting back carbs for a while and drinking more water in the hopes that I can pick up the pace with weight loss.  I miss the variety but it is ok for now.

It's been a decent day. I finally got my protein levels up by having a double shot of protein mix.  Filling, but just seems against nature to drink my breakfast.  Time to change things up though.
