staying committed to posting on a regular basis because it keeps me accountable to fellow WLS folks.  day three of this reclaiming my life back journey and I am positive and motivated and actually look forward to my walkout session at the gym this evening.  Food intake today has been ok so far.  Now trying to get the water in...well BTW....MUCH SUCCESS TO EVERYONE TODAY!
