Wednesday Cardio/Cafe
I am so used to getting high carb comfort food when I am sick and it is hard to stay away from that. But I know better. Cold likes sugar and it will get worse if i eat carbs ... so really trying to be good... Last night the only thing I indulged were fruits. I can forgive myself for that.
today:
coffee+ cream
flat-out wrap with cheese
yogurt with protein powder and blueberries
home made soup (low carb)
more soup. with high fiber crackers...
some fruits - apples.
exercise: none...
I do need to clean the kitchen and do some laundry. hope will have enough energy to do that.

I am late I know, it was a very busy day today. The carb buster plan I am going to start on Saturday.

Doing better during the day but still struggling with night time head hunger and snacking. Blew it tonight with extra carbs when what I really needed was more protein. Better day tomorrow.
