Wednesday Cardio/Cafe

still under the weather, but getting grip on the stupid cold. Now my BF also have it, so this weekend it will be fun. lol... I know I may be OK by then, but not sure about him. 
I am so used to getting high carb comfort food when I am sick and it is hard to stay away from that.  But I know better.  Cold likes sugar and it will get worse if i eat carbs ... so really trying to be good... Last night the only thing I indulged were fruits.  I can forgive myself for that.

today:

coffee+ cream
flat-out wrap with cheese
yogurt with protein powder and blueberries
home made soup (low carb)
more soup.  with high fiber crackers...
some fruits - apples.
exercise: none...

I do need to clean the kitchen and do some laundry.   hope will have enough energy to do that.

Lean Roast beef, LF cheese and SF pickle roll ups

Protein Drink
Dinner
Buffalo Steak, 1/2 baked potato, grilled veggies
Snack
Apple with Almond Butter

Cardio
Treadmill

B-my standard 2 scambled eggs with cheese
S-Protein drink
L-salad, cheese, 1/4 pork chop, ranch dressing
S-sunflower seeds, almonds
D-salad, cheese, ranch dressing and chicken for the salad
S-Protein drink

45 minutes weight lifting- way too busy to get anything else in

Doing better during the day but still struggling with night time head hunger and snacking.  Blew it tonight with extra carbs when what I really needed was more protein.  Better day tomorrow.
