Good Morning Botts,

Ok picture this and I am sure you will agree

The alarm goes off at 4:45 AM  It's pitch black out, the wind is whipping so much the trees are laying on the ground.  Wind chill is in single digits, and snow is on the ground.  I am in the bed, under covers, WARM bed with WARM covers.

Ok, ok I didn't make it to Bootcamp but going to the Y, I SWEAR!  I will come back here and post that I did. Ok did I just challenge myself?  YES I did

I didn't make it at 4:AM, but I had 3 miles done on the treadmill by noon.  It was not so easy to start, but I am so proud that I did it.  Feel better already.   The first steps are the hardest.  The remaining steps get easier as it becomes a habit.

Congratulations to ME!

And thanks for the support.

Congratulations Cathy.  Starting is half the battle.  I go through Arlington about once a month to visit my daughter in Nashville.  Y'all are blessed with a lot of highway patrolmen on Highway 40 in your area.  I live in Senatobia so I am about hour and 40 minutes from you.  When I first started walking, I would take it one day at a time and mark my calendar with a big yellow X on the day I made it.  I am now the proud owner of a calendar with lots of X's on it.  You can do this too.
