Today was a Packer party/Christmas party at my house

B: eggbeater sandwich (to get off on a good start)
The rest of the day:
A chicken sausage, a bowl of chili, 2 slices low fat cheese, 16 crackers, a slice of pumpernickel, cut up fruit, raw veggies, Greek yogurt dill dip, salsa, fat free crab dip www.haveyourcakeandloseweighttoo.food.officelive.com , a small handful of pistachios, a piece of peanut brittle, a cube of pepperjack cheese
S: spinach, tomato and cucumber salad

How to say how many calories I ate.  I didn't eat the chocolate candies, the kielbasa, the desserts, the wine.... I honestly did the best I could so I am happy.  I sent all the high calorie food and some of my special recipes home with my guests and to work with my husband tomorrow.
