Back On Track Together
Thursday, December 29th, Cardio and Cafe
well we had a day of compromises, since there is no cottage cheese in the house, I am not making death by pasta, I am going to make stir fried veggies, and eat my steak and broccoli like a good girl.
I did not make a good choice, for lunch, I made the kids lunch, ate a cheese stick, promptly forgot it,so by 4 pm, I was starving and had the jitters, so I ended up getting a Receese at the check out at Dollar Store, should hold me until dinner...
I was so focused on everything esle going on, that I accidently delivered my son to a sleep over 13 miles away a DAY early. OOPS...

Hi there, it's been a while, but Christmas is complete so it is time to get back on track. Gained 2lbs over the past two weeks from those little nibbles here and there and haven't been to the gym in over a week.
Woke up today determined to get back to eating right and exercising.
Eats:
B-Italian chicken leftover from last night, just what I was in the mood for
S-String cheese, piece of beef jerky
L-Salad w/turkey, feta, walnuts & rasberry vinagrette
S-Babybel mini
D-Chicken taco
Cardio:
Elliptical - 45 minutes
Can't wait for my Quest bars to get here tomorrow, makes for such an easy lunch or snack, ordered 3 boxes so I will be stocked for a while.
