Good Morning Botts:

I woke up feeling much more bright eye this morning after getting in bed at 9:00 PM last night.  If I can't get a nap sometime in the afternoon each day then 5:00 AM comes way to early for me.  My eats and cardio today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Brownie Quest Bar
Lunch:  Peanut Butter Pure Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers/Hot Chocolate
Dinner:  Steak Taco
Snack:  NSA Moo Ice Cream Bar

Don't forget to take your vits and fluids today.  Have a good one!

Cardio: I cleaned 2 bathrooms and picked up, dusted and vacuumed the upstairs. 

B: eggbeater sandwich
S: Chocolate cheesecake and an orange
L: veggie soup, turkey meatloaf, broccoli with a slice of fat free cheese and sweet potato and carrot souffle
S: Chocolate cheesecake and an orange
D: turkey meatloaf and sweet potato and carrot souffle
S: Eggnog Cheesecake and veggie soup

Hi Tess
I have been BOT since Nov. 21st and I have relost 10 lbs.  I am planning on staying BOTT until I get to my goal weight and then continue to maintain.  2011 was really tough but I am hopeful that 2012 will be a great year!  You have been such an inspiration.  Just me

 Good Job!  The first step is the hardest except on the treadmill, my husband saids that the last step was just as hard as the first.

Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries
Lunch ~ soup and salad
Snack ~ 1/2 Quest Bar
Dinner ~ turkey pepperoni & 5 whole wheat crackers
Snack ~ protein shake

Exercise: 1 hour boot camp tonight at 6:30

 okay, my eating is not perfect yet. toast and coffee today.
going to go for a bike ride with the 4 year old minion, which means a romping speed of 1 mph MAYBE. 
I love him, I know he needs the road work. no calories burned today but that is the price we pay for being the Mimi.
I want to make lasagna for dinner, but if I do, I am going to want to eat it instead of my steak and broccoli. grrr.

 I know what you mean, my son loves lasagna so that now I buy the single serve from Stouffers to take care of his craving without damaging mine.  Enjoy your steak!!!
