Good Morning Botts:
I woke up feeling much more bright eye this morning after getting in bed at 9:00 PM last night. If I can't get a nap sometime in the afternoon each day then 5:00 AM comes way to early for me. My eats and cardio today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Brownie Quest Bar
Lunch: Peanut Butter Pure Bar
Snack: Cheese & Crackers/Hot Chocolate
Dinner: Steak Taco
Snack: NSA Moo Ice Cream Bar
Don't forget to take your vits and fluids today. Have a good one!

Cardio: I cleaned 2 bathrooms and picked up, dusted and vacuumed the upstairs.

going to go for a bike ride with the 4 year old minion, which means a romping speed of 1 mph MAYBE.
I love him, I know he needs the road work. no calories burned today but that is the price we pay for being the Mimi.
I want to make lasagna for dinner, but if I do, I am going to want to eat it instead of my steak and broccoli. grrr.
