Hiya Botts:

It is hump day again.  Have you notice that it comes around every week?  I hope everybody is decarbing their homes and getting ready for a new year coming up.  Kathy asked us to be thinking of what goals we wanted to accomplish in the New Year.  I been thinking long and hard about mine.  What about you?  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Cinnamon Bun Bar
Lunch:  Quest Brownie Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers/Hot Chocolate
Dinner:  Chicken Quesadilla
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Have a great day and don't forget those vits and fluids.

I am cleaning the pantry and getting those clean foods back in the house.  Signed up for another year at the Y and getting ready to hit goal.    After the stressful hear I had in 2010 I am pray for BORING!!!!  in 2011 LOL

I have been cleaning out the pantry, my daughter went to the store for me, got the mayo, and cookies and a small cherry pie, I swear she is going to be the death of me. I know I can say no. I know that I can avoid it. but it really does not help.
today I am definitely going to find a way to move. sitting all day teaching is killing me. I can feel it in my back, I hate to whine, but I am here for 18 hours a day.. I need to find another solution.

20 minutes of Belly dancing video until my family laughed so hard at me, I gave up
20 minutes of bike riding through the neighborhood.. 2 miles

my muscles feel like wet noodles...

32 mins on the treadmill! getting back on track. 315 calories burned at 3.5 mph at a 6% encline.
