Good Morning Botts:
I hope everybody had a wonderful Christmas yesterday, I certainly did. I got some neat items that I wanted to help me continue with my success, including a watch that reads out your heart rating and a bunch of other things and a electronic food scale. Well, it time to get back on track again because I can not tell a lie, I ate really good (bad) yesterday evening. Food wise, I did really good but those darn sweets get me every time....Oh Well, I did enjoy it, so todays cardio and eats are all about decarbing:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Dinner: Turkey on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack: Chocolite Bar
We are hitting the Gym around 10:00 AM for 1 hour walk in the treadmill. I checked the scale this morning and I am up only 1 lb. I can live with that. I plan on hitting Walmart this afternoon to get some 50% off Christmas paper and decorations. Have a great day and don't forget those vits and fluids.

Today i am starting the decarbing also...Jan 29Th it will be 2yrs since my rny and iv gained 5lbs back..nd I'm ready to kick it in the butt and get them 5lbs off!!
Today i had an Estrum drink/shake...and don't know what else i will have...but my mind is set and ready to get back on the healthy train...

I had a wonderful Christmas as well. I skiped with my kids across the country. They are musicians and they played for me...wonderful! Then my 1 year old grandson played on his drumset. I sang 6 hours on the 24th and 3 hours on the 25th....no need for cardio! I got a new guitar strap which is tooled leather...beautiful! Today I am cleaning the house for a New Years day party and making duck/chicken broth for veggie soup. No need for cardio today either.

S: 2 chicken wings and jello with banana
L: Veggie salad and chocolate cheesecake
S: sauteed mushrooms
D: Chicken sausage, sandwich thin, veggie soup
S: chips and salsa
