Good morning Botts:
It is raining again in Mississippi today but I am not going to let it damping my spirits. After today, I will be on Christmas holiday until Tuesday. My daughter is driving home today for the holiday too. I have decided that with all my running around that I will take a break from my cardio until after the holiday. Afterwards, I will hit it hard and heavy, I am just going to watch my eats and try to maintain during this food laden weekend. My eats today will be:
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Protein Bar
Lunch: Protein Bar
Snack: Cheese and Crackers
Dinner: Steak Taco
Snack: Biscotti
Have a great day and don't forget you vits and fluids.

Been traveling but now going on vacation. I will exercise daily, take my vitamins, drink my liquids and probably eat a little more than normal. However I shall return to posting at the first of the year when I return to a more settled lifestyle, no traveling. Take care all.

I am just now back BOT after pigging out at the movies earllier this month. What I learned: it can take several days to a week for my eating to normalize.
I am down to my pre-movie weight just in time for my surgiversary (7 to 8 yrs today!)

Pizza on wheat pita bread with fresh mozzarella, fontina and goat cheese lemon zest and hazelnuts.

(wasn't very hungry )
cardio--lots of walking
