I will be on holiday for the next few days so I will not be blogging on here. I will be back on track Monday, December 26th. I hope each and everyone of you have a wonderful Christmas and Christmas Eve. Enjoy yourselves and come back on Monday to get back on track. My eats and cardio today are:
10:00 AM 1 hour on the treadmill walking
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Quest Cinnamon Bun Bar
Lunch: Peanut Butter Pure Protein Bar
Snack: Cheese & Crackers
Dinner: Tuna Salad
Snack: Ice Cream Sandwich NSA Skinny Cow
