Happy Hump Day.  I am taking a break today from cardio and my eats for today is:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Protein Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Ham & Cheese Roll ups
Snack:  Chocolite bar

CARDIO 15 MINS GOT bored did the stair monster (master) 5 mins then back to the treadmill for another 10. i got bored
