Hiya Botts:
Rainy in Mississippi again.....Got some stomach upset this morning so I had to cut my cardio short, I may have to try some of Hala's exercise to make up the calorie burn. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:00 AM 20 minute walk on treadmill (later?)
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Chocolate Pure Protein Bar
Lunch: Quest Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Cheese & Crackers
Dinner: Roast Beef and Ranch Beans
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich
Have a happy day, enjoy the season and make some one smile today! Also, don't forget your vits and fluids.

Not really too busy, just too discouraged......Gained 2 lbs due to not hitting the gym last week. Ugh. Motivation just isn't here. I really need to tackle food as that is the only place I have left to tackle...going to try my best in the next two weeks and then really sit down with a specific plan for the New Year.

The chocolate saga continued. Tess- my exercise works.. lol...
I am done with the chocolate covered cherries. Thy are gone. Thanks heaven they were only few in a package. (enough for 3 meals... lol)
But now back to regular programing. I baked brownies this morning. Double. For work The smell was so powerful that I got a bit nauseous just from it. Would not dare try any. People told me they were good. 2 more like that to make.... and would not have to deal with that for a while. 2 more Christmas holiday lunches and ... the week will be over. When I see so much food - I can't really eat much of it. Just some meat and veggies. And I get stuffed. And would not dare to try any desserts, One reason - everyone is watching... and number 2 - if I get sick... well... let's not go there... is not pretty. And being sick and driving during holiday season - it is not a good idea.
So ... back to the regular programming:
coffee + almond milk, chocolate (last 2), nuts, cheese
pork loin
more coffee....
blackberries, protein cake (maybe, or not)
probably some meat (chicken?) and veggies....
or yogurt with proteins and nuts...
