Morning Botts:

I spent yesterday shopping with my daughter.  I am totally exhausted today but I am going to exercise anyways.  My eats and cardio for today are:

8:00 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Protein Bar
Lunch:  Chicken Salad
Snack:  Protein Bar
Dinner:  Cheese & crackers
Snack:  Ice Cream NSA
