Saturday, December 17th, Cardio & Cafe

Hi Botts:

Going into the madness of shopping the last week before Christmas.  I am through but my daughter still needs to pick up a couple of items.  Whew!  I am glad it's her and not me.  My cardio and eats for today are:

6:30 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Pure Protein Bar
Lunch:  Something in town don't quite know yet
Snack:  Cheese and Crackers
Dinner:  Probably a protein bar
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Have a fun and safe day out and about.  Don't forget your vits and fluids.
