It's Friday BOTTS:

Still wet here in Mississippi today.  I am so glad it is Friday!!! My eats and cardio for today are:

5:00 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Brownie Quest Bar
Lunch:  Chocolate Chip Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Biscotti
Dinner:  Probably Smoke Turkey Sausage and Beans again...
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

I have got to wrap gifts tonight.  My son came in last night and he said, you know mom it is only 10 days to Christmas and we do not have any gifts under the tree, What's up.  I just don't have any energy at the end of the day.  So I guess I will give up my nap and wrap tonight...Have a great day and don't forget your vits and fluids.

Bless  your heart for keeping the home fires burning.  The holidays are tough all around and you are ROCKING IT!  I am losing my mind and if you find it let me know and I will give you a mailing address.  

Hang in there as I am digging my wagon out of the ditch and hope to get back on track soon.
