Raining day in Mississippi, again....My eats and cardio for today are:

5:00 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Peanut Butter Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Smoked Turkey Sausage & Green Beans
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

Have a great day!  I hope you have gotten all your Christmas shopping done or at least close to it as it is only TEN days to Christmas!  Don't forget your vits and fluids while you are out and about.

The scale is not my friend but I keep going back for more.  Old habits die hards.  Just sayn.

 Sometimes I have to turn my back to the scale.  I move the scale to the other bathroom so that it would not be in my face everyday.  Now I only weigh once a week unless I have eaten what I think is too much and then I want to see how it affected my weight for that day.  Keep your chin up.  It will get better for those of us who pursue a skinnier butt in life.

My shopping is almost done. 
Party tonight, so need to be careful what I eat during the day.
Exercise will be dancing after.

Eats:
Coffee + al milk
sunflower seeds
1/2 wrap cheese + meat
same for a snack
dinner: fillet and lobster.. covered with butter.. I think, and veggies.

Not eating too many carbs makes me not hungry. Eating is a chore, and beside the nuts and seeds - really nothing appeals to me.  
I still love my chewables vitamins.  It's like eating a candy after a meal.  ( I use CVS brand - Spectravite Senior) and Vitacost Chewable calcium...

 Have fun tonight!  I love to dance but my hubby does not....Have you tried any of the recipes on Eggface's website?  I tried one of the totilla pizzas the other night and my whole family loved it.  She might have some recipes that you can use that you haven't thought of to give you a little more variety to eat that you would look forward to.

I Love eggface blog and cooked a lot of things from there. The recipe is not an issue. I am a good cook - if not great cook,  and can whip up a meal from almost anything.
But lately - I do not feel like eating.  I still cook.  Even tonight fillet and lobster does not excite me.

There were days after the surgery that I was like that, and there were days that I wished I did not care - I wanted it all.

If I add too many carbs - I crave almost everything. When I remove the carbs - my appetite is gone.  I eat to eat, but not really enjoy that.   I do sill get little hungry... but really do not want to eat. If that makes any sense...
