It is a foggy Wednesday morning here in Mississippi.  Can you believe that in eleven days Christmas will be here.  Wow!  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:00 AM 1 hour walking on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Chocolate Pure Protein Bar
Lunch:  Quest Almond Crunch Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Homemade Pizza Rounds on Wheat sandwich thins
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice cream Sandwich

my body isnt losing. so im taking some time off of dieting. still watching what im eating but freeing my mind for a week or so. still working out!

prebreakfast
2 cups of coffee
breakfast: 6 turkey bacons
s: protein shake
l: south west style chicken from kashi i only eat about 3/4
s: protein bar
d: no idea maybe some chicken

Good to see your smiling,
weight:  Have not lost but have not gained.   Keeping stable, weight wise bit high - but the size is OK. Still food is "iffy" at best. 

Not sure I want to eat.  Baked brownies this morning.  The smell was so strong that I had to make a chocolate coffee for me. ( carbs and sugar free) 

Eats today:
coffee+ almond milk + cocoa
sunflower seeds

Not sure what will I have for the rest of the day - but turkey, beef, some veggies... and some more nuts and cheese and apples.

Exercise: shopping today.  The rest what I need for my party.  Then house cleaning and laundry.
Need to shampoo the carpet.

Hello and Happy Wednesday to everyone.  We are actually enjoying nice, calm weather this week.

Today eats:

B-Homemade breakfast burrito
S-Nothing
L-Turkey salad
S-Apple w/almond butter
D-Son is making pizza casserole, salad

No gym tonight. Son is struggling with some things so I told him I would come straight home tonight to work with him and help him make.  I think he reallys some one on one time today.
