Tuesday, December 13th, Cardio & Cafe
I made it through my first Christmas party with flying colors. I had a cup of white chili, two wheat thins with cheese and a teaspoon of spinach dip NO CHIPS. I skipped the desserts with a big smile on my face. Go me!!! My eats and cardio for today are:
5:00 AM 1 hour walk on the (Dreadmill) my husband's new name for the treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Chocolate Shake
Snack: Brownie Quest Bar
Lunch: Peanut Butter Pure Protein Bar
Snack: Cheese and Crackers
Dinner: Carb balance totilla with thin slice roast beef and mozarella cheese & onions YUM!
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich
I hope everybody has a great day. Don't forget your vits and fluid. (12 days of Christmas starts today for me).
but I am up and ate good food and things will get better..
coffee + almond milk

nuts, apple
beef brisket.. (no space for anything else)
more beef + cucumbers
cheese (maybe)
not sure what else... nothing now appeals to me...
This week I have 3 (yes - 3) Christmas parties. Thursday-, Friday and Saturday, with the last one being at my house. Stress and more stress... but I am sure food will not be an issue. Alcohol - maybe... food... no... thanks... I know I will have some proteins and some veggies... and I get stuffed on that.. so nothing else would matter... well... maybe perhaps more meat?

My biggest problem is self. Never had to worry about the parties. As usual, vitamins taken, exercise slackin.
Uh Oh. Carbs high and protein low. No things aren't outrageous and calories are on the low side but I lose weight if carbs low. I feel fuller when they are closer to 100. Thinking that I will work hard at keeping them under 100 and making wise food choices. Here's what I ate today.
