Hiya Botts:

I feel much better today.  I am back on course.  I did my hour cardio this morning and looking forward to good eats today.

7:30 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Biscotti
Lunch:  Quest Protein Bar
Snack:  Cheese and Crackers
Dinner:  Hamburger on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin Mini Slider
Snack:  Skinny Cow NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Have a great Sunday, don't forget your vits and fluids. (2 weeks to Christmas)!!
