Saturday, December 10th, Cardio & Cafe

Good Morning Botts:

I feel a lot better today.  It is cold here today so I will stay in today but hope to be out and about tomorrow.  My eats and cardio today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Biscotti protein snack
Lunch:  Turkey on Sandwich Thins
Snack:  Cheese on Crackers
Dinner:  Steak Taco
Snack:  Protein Bar

Exercise:  I plan to walk on Treadmill at Gym this afternoon if all goes well.

I hope everybody has a great Saturday.  Watch your purses when you are out shopping.  Too much temptation for shop lifters.  Don't forget to stay hydrated and take your vits.
